PNR RailWorks provides a full range of track training programs for new and existing employees as well as for employees of industrial customers with track infrastructure.
Employee Training - All new employees participate in an orientation before beginning work. PNR RailWorks also provides an ongoing training regimen for current employees to ensure they understand their working environment and related operating rules and practices. Additional training addresses client-specific requirements and job-specific practices, such as equipment operation, working with tools, track inspection guidelines (FRA 213), continuous welded rail and destressing, and rail defects and movement over rail breaks.
Industry Training – Customers with track infrastructure and/or railway operations have the opportunity to take advantage of a range of safety and maintenance programs offered by PNR RailWorks. Participants benefit from the knowledge and skill of railway training and development expert Fred Auberton, who has spent his career training industry professionals. In addition to the programs noted above, training can include track structure fundamentals, on-track safety, housekeeping and general track maintenance and also can be customized to address specific needs. Contact Fred Aubertin to learn more about participating in or scheduling training at your location.
