Benoit Labrosse directs all operations for PNR Coyle Inc., PNR RailWorks Quebec Region based in the Montreal suburb of Delson. As a key member of the management team, he brings strategic and operational leadership to all track construction, maintenance and rehabilitation projects and also is among leaders responsible for business planning, including developing new business and other growth opportunities in the province of Quebec. Before beginning his career with PNR RailWorks, Benoit was involved for nearly 30 years in civil construction, project management and municipal engineering management with organizations such as the City of Mont-Tremblant and the Janin Group.
